Michael Levine, Co-founder & CEO. For more than 20 years, he has created opportunities for people to combine great food with entertainment. He founded Events West, a premiere culinary event and corporate catering company. Their largest food festival features more than 50 restaurants serving 30,000 people. He also co-manages highly acclaimed neighborhood restaurants in San Francisco.

Darren Lewis, Co-Founder, President, a former Major League Baseball center fielder, played for the San Francisco Giants, where he won a NL Gold Glove Award. He also received the prestigious Unsung Hero Award with the Boston Red Sox. Darren identifies prospective food and beverage projects across the country and is a member of The Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC).

Carmen Mayo, Co-Founder, Vice President, learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business as owner of three McDonald's Restaurants. As one of McDonald's youngest African American owner/operators, she earned several restaurant awards. Carmen helps identify and develop airport locations. Her committment to giving back is evidenced by her work with Communities in School, Urban Arts for Youth and as a member of the UNCF Board of Directors. She earned her MBA from University of San Francisco. She is a member of AMAC.

Larry Garnick, Director, Finance, joined Tastes on the Fly after 17 years as an accounting and financial executive at Oracle Corporation. He earned his California CPA while working in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche.

Adam Light, Director of Operations, West, held executive food service positions for The Four Seasons, Westin, Crowne Plaza Hotel and J.W. Marriott hospitality companies prior to joining Tastes on the Fly in 2005.
